BBQ Korean Pork Sandwich with Cucumber Kimchi slaw

This is a  real treat, we mix our spiced shredded pork with our inhouse sticky, spicy sauce. We then load this into a fresh Brioche bun and top it with our fresh cucumber kimchi slaw, to give a crunch and zing. These are super popular with everyone who tries it.
