Poor mans Potatoes (Patatas a lo Pobre)

A traditional Spanish dish that we used to eat in Spain. Light fluffy potatoes with a freshly made pepper,tomato and garlic sauce tossed with fresh roasted peppers and onions. A real burst of flavour.
