Spicy, sticky Korean Pork spare ribs
We've been working on these a while. How to incorporate a juicy BBQ pork rib with something a bit different. In Korea, the ribs are usually boiled to soften them but we've replaced that with marinating them with our inhouse rub and popping them on the smoker for a few hours. This gives you all that yummy succulent BBQ flavour on a full spare ribs coated in our sticky spicy authentic korean sauce made right here at MoM.The result is sensational ribs that have bite after bite of succulent meat to enjoy.
